Give the game time to load

The game may take time to load due to the size of the game file. The wait time can be several minutes, or more for users with slower connections like dial-up accounts. Wait a few minutes to see if the game is still loading.

If the game is taking an extremely long time to connect, close all windows and try the game again.

Check to make sure you are meeting the game system requirements

This game requires Macromedia Flash Player 7.0 or higher. If you an older version of the player installed, you will need to update your current version.

Additionally, make sure your computer system meets the MSN Games system requirements to run the latest versions of Macromedia Flash player.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ and click Macromedia Flash Player.

Click Install Now and follow the online directions to install the latest version of Macromedia Flash Player.

Close all open programs
